By using HOS Tracker you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the application.

2. Purpose & Limitations

HOS Tracker is a planning and reference tool. It does not replace official ELD devices, certified logbooks, or the judgment of a licensed CDL driver.

3. Safety Disclaimer

NEVER operate this app while driving. All route planning must be performed while the vehicle is safely parked. fab-visual™ expressly disclaims all liability for accidents, violations, DOT fines, or any damages arising from use of this application.

4. HOS Calculations

HOS calculations follow standard FMCSA 70h/8-day rules. Exemptions (short haul, adverse conditions, oilfield) are not automatically applied. Always verify with your carrier's ELD system.

5. Location & Privacy

Location data is processed locally on your device. Anonymous community reports are stored in browser storage. No personal data is transmitted to our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

This app uses OpenStreetMap, OSRM, and Nominatim (open-source mapping). Bridge and restriction data may be incomplete. Never rely solely on this app for bridge clearance decisions.
